Morris Mechanical is exceptional. Our AC & heaters are old, so we call Morris Mechanical more often than I would like. They always return my call quickly, even on weekends, which is when things ordinarily go awry. Every technician I have dealt with has been professional and courteous. They honestly tell you what needs to be repaired. They never try to up-sell. The technicians truly give their customers the service that they would wish to receive themselves. One tech even came to my home after his daughter’s Christmas pageant just to so my family wouldn’t be cold that night. This review is completely unsolicited, and I would rate Morris Mechanical 10-stars if I could.
