- Perform a start-up to the highest standard and record data
- Manage helper and keep him/her busy
- Teachable and be able to read and follow directions from system to system
- Able to communicate clearly and with customer
- Have necessary tools to perform the job.

Morris Mechanical is a first rate HVAC contractor. We needed to have all the ductwork replaced in the crawl space under our house. We also wanted the crawl space encapsulated and de-humidified to eliminate chronic moisture issues down there.
